Dr Zoe Jones took over Emu Park Chiropractic in 2023. The established business came with a great customer base and the basics any business needs to operate, but Dr Zoe was keen to put her own stamp on it and set the clinic up for continual growth.

Branding

When we started working with Dr Zoe, Emu Park Chiropractic had a simple graphic that they were using as a logo. Dr Zoe was keen to build on the existing brand that already had great recognition in the community.

We leaned into the existing use of blues and teals in interior decoration of the clinic as well as on their existing website and logo. We developed an ocean inspired palette that provided the opportunity for striking gradients and a more consistent approach to colour use across all clinic materials and signage.

We applied this colour palette to the existing logo, softened the lines to a grey and incorporated the business name for better brand recognition. We created logos in full colour single colour and mono colourways as well as in stacked and horizontal versions for greater flexibility. We chose Titillium as the hero font as it’s a clean, sans serif font that is easy to read but also provides thin and full options for a nice visual aesthetic.

Website

We worked with Emu Park Chiropractic to do a complete refresh of their website, hosted on Wix. We reviewed the existing site’s traffic and established that 83% of users were accessing the site via mobile so opted for a mobile first approach - ensuring the design was fully responsive.

The key conversion point for Emu Park Chiropractic is booking an appointment, so we added a sticky Book Online button. This means booking online is always one click away, creating a seamless experience for users, and more conversions for Emu Park Chiro.

We incorporated the branding elements including colours and fonts into the design to ensure a consistent visual aesthetic and a fresh look to the site and worked on content and accessible design to improve SEO including writing tailored copy for all meta descriptions.
